Insect in the meal

I'm a ***** of chicken licken and it is unfortunate that I have to lay this complaint.This happened about 2 weeks back.<br> My friend n i were enjoying our meals and as I was almost completed with It I noticed a small black insect on my chip.when asked to speak to a manager the teller said he is not in.I was reimbursed but still Unhappy.The following week as I entered another customer had an issue as well but not sure the nature of it.When I asked to speak to the manager again a guy confronted me and said it was impossible that I found an insect in my meal and I'm 100% sure that it was insect as I could see the feet that have been fried, and also the male teller has a pathetic attitude in fact all the staff have no customer service skills whatsoever.Today, Friday the 21st of august I placed my order and was told after 5 minutes to wait as the wings were still being prepared,I understood but the lady that asked me to wait should atleast have the decency to tell me in person that my meal is ready.This store has the most pathetic service that I have ever experienced.omg today's meal had 15 pieces of wings instead of 16.
