Incorrect order with no refund

On the 10th March 2023 I bought food from Chicken Licken close to Golden Acre Mall, Phatheka assisted my Uber driver (#F2E4E) I bought: 2xJUST 1 U 1xSOULSISTER 2 DELUX 2 U 1xCOKE COMBO

I called the restaurant at that instance and told them I bought 2 seperated JUST 1 U for a reason because the price of the JUST 2 U is the price of 2x JUST 1 U, she told me she understands then she took my number and name and said she’ll call me in a bit. She never called I called them numerous times no response. I love their chicken but I will never buy it through delivery APPs because the staff *****s people foods and never return them.
