Incorrect order offered

I bought 1 Soul Sister 2 Del and advised the cashier that i don't want it hot but guess what? when i got to work it was hot, i didn't ask for a specific taste just to spite them but i don't eat hot staff. I called the store at 13:35 to advise them that i got the wrong order and the manager asked me if i have eaten the meat and told him i wouldn't have know if i didn't eat a portion that its hot, then he told me to bring back the meat so that he can exchange it and when i told him that im at work in JHB he told me that they will be available until 10pm and i can bring at that time even after i have told him a number of times that i will only get to Tsakane around 11pm when i leave work at 10pm, he then told me that i must bring it tomorrow and he can only do something once i bring back the wrong order however at first he said they can't take it tomorrow cause they don't sell yesterday's food. firstly i don't think he knows the definition of customer service and what is customer service all about. he doesn't have telephone etiquettes at all.<br>
