Incorrect items Chicken Licken

We have been buying from this place for over 2 months now and have had the worst experience. We bought 12 hot wings and when we got to our flat there were only 9 wings and 3 Buffalo wings. I had just bitten on one piece to see that there is only the above. We took it back and they refused to return. If this is how Chicken Licken acts when they make a mistake then how do we trust the brand not to do other stuff.
