Incomplete Order rendered

Booysens Fly-Thru. Ordered and paid for an incomplete meal. Upon reporting, I received no response on their. Twitter page then I called in the next day only to be told I was meant to return the food. I live about 35min+ away from the eatery. Poor service!!!!!!!
