I left my place just after 09:00 for Chicken Licken in the SilverMall, Silverton Pretoria. It was loadshedding (Still is as I type this) and I wanted to have chicken with my homemade fries because I just love chicken licken and prefer it over everything else. When I got to the till I asked the nice lady who assisted me for “Rock my soul straight” and I specifically asked for any other meat besides drumsticks. The lady kept telling it to the guy who was packaging at the back. He knows what he heard, he kept looking at me as he makes my order because I wasn’t sitting far from where he stood. The order was ready and I left back to my place walking in the rain. When I got home and wanted to eat for I was hungry, I notice that the drumstick I specifically asked not to be included was nicely hidden underneath the other pieces of meat.

I went back to the store in rage, I found him sitted alongside 3 other ladies, as I walked in I asked him why he deliberately placed the drumstick in there when he heard the lady and I countless times asking him not to. This disrespectful boy greens at me and blatantly denies putting the drumstick in there. I ask him to move from his chair and replace the meat so I can go back home and he just looks at me and plays with his cellphone. Amongst the ladies he was sitting with was the manager ( I believe she is because her uniform singled her out of everyone). I asked for the manager and one girl looked at this lady and she just froze and said nothing. This lady (manager) was also playing with her phone and ignored me. The employees apologised and replaced my meat and so I left. My intention was to demand my money back just for the level of disrespect and incompetency.
