Incompetence

I am so annoyed at the level of incompetence and negligent behavior from the Chicken Licken on BraamFischer Dr as this is the second time I get an incomplete order and all they can say is SORRY PLEASE COME BACK TO COLLECT THE REST OF THE ORDER(can they ever ,mara ,like really)they have to rectify their mistake's at my cost in these day and age.You do not deserve the 1 star but way lesser than that.

I'm utterly disgusted by the level of unprofessional behavior , I bought a Family full house 8 and was given 6 pieces when i called i was then told to drive back for two pieces of meat. Was told it was a mistake however this is not the first time this ******* happened.

This is not the 1st incident as I previously bought the Hotwings Meal 8 and was given a meal without toast and when I called to lodge a complain I was told by the manager that I need to drive back for the slice of toast,the service is despicable I don't even know why I still buy from them.

Today I called and spoke to Thabani Dube(Manager ) and he boldly said that I need to keep my receipt and collect the two piece's of chicken at my expense for their mistakes...This is very unacceptable...

Actually at this point I don't even want the 2 piece's you guys can come and collect your incomplete meal and reimburse me my money spent!!

The service is truly appalling and the manager is just as bad as the consultant's.

I don't see myself ever coming to that outlet and will spread the word for as long as that franchise is still operating.
