Incompetancy leading to an incomplete order!!

<p>To whom it may concern</p> <p> </p> <p>I’m very much disappointed with the services received at the chicken liken Braamfischer Dr, as I had to drive all the way to buy my lunch there and before doing so I double checked with the teller (Innocentia Mohale) if the lunch meal includes a slice of toast,fries,2 pieces of meat and a cold drink as per picture .At 1st she was distracted by the other stuff and I then repeated my question when she decided to give me attention.</p> <p> </p> <p>To my surprise when I get back to work there is no toast and this is after I had reiterated that I couldn’t care about the salad I just want toast ,fries ,meat and cold drink.</p> <p> </p> <p>what’s more shocking is I decide to call them to lodge a complaint and they ask me to drive back to fetch the toast and the lady promises to take disciplinary action but does not ask for any information which I would think is crucial to do so, to start off with she does not know who assisted me, time of purchase or anything relating to my compliant...</p> <p> </p> <p>highly disappointed...</p>
