I'm so disappointed

Today I went to chicken licken Golden walk and I swear to God I've never experienced such a horrible service in my life... It felt like the Cashier was doing me a favor. slip says Noluyulo... She was busy pressing her phone and got my sides completely wrong... Well as the rest of the staff were on they phones along side with their Female Manager and they were ****ed when I returned the sides and asked for I bought never mind that. A company as big as Chicken licken let staff have their phones with them while preparing our food with same hands. Wow
