I'm not sure if chicken licken head office approves such things

My name is Tshepo Mosala Mdhluli, on the the 16/09/2021 I got marked and was badly injured, was then admitted at hospital, my husband then called my employer to tell them about my situation, and he was told that when I get discharged I must not come to work they will call me,

My husband then went to talk to them face to face and show them proof that indeed I'm hospitalized, the manager by the name of Tinny started to complain that why should it be my Husband calling and updating them not me, and by that te I couldn't do anything,

I forced my self on the 21st to go and see them at work, so they can see all my injuries and the burned wounds, the manager called his brother Moses who is the franchisee of the shop(Chicken Licken in Tshwane Mall Mamelodi), upon arrival Moses the boss, said I did not get injured at work and he does not care about the sick note I had on hand it means nothing to him, and the letter stated that I'm still not fit to work I need to rest for 2 more days, but Moses said if I don't put on my uniform and start working immediately, I should consider myself replaced, his business can't suffer because of my injuries,

I refused to work that day as I was in deep pain, he then said to me I should leave before I give the infections,

I've been working for him since October 2019 but I don't know how much I earn, we don't have a contract, we don't have a payslip, we don't know how much we earn per month he pays you what he feels like giving you that month, even when you submit a sicknote to them it means nothing, we not registered it's like we are garden boys, I called chicken licken head office but I'm not getting help.

I'm not sure if he will pay me or not as I'm still at home because I was told that if I don't report on duty on that day with my injuries and pains I must not bother I'll be replaced.
