if looks could kill

I was so disappointed and appalled by service that I received at Chiken Licken in Smith street on Thursday afternoon 22nd. There was clearly a misunderstanding between the cashier and myself as she thought I had said I was 12 wings and I had asked for 12 wings mix. My major problem is with the extremely bad attitude I received from 2 of their ladies that were staying behind another counter packing orders. they were mocking me and being sarcastic about how voiding an order is such a waste of their time and she even went to say that even back in school scratching out things was a problem. The shop was fairly busy and I felt so undermined and shattered. the one lady that had a lot to say held a very cold stir while she was chirping and even when I collected my order. Her looks could've literally killed me. I honestly don't think that was a way to treat a customer, no matter how small they are. *people want jobs but when they get them, they do not know how to give customer service. I don't see why I was suppose to accept an order I didn't place when I was paying for the food with my hard earned money.
