I have tried everything its not working out am being sent from pillar to post by Chicken licken staff

today during lunch time I bought Soulsister with two pieces and Soulman load up Hot with three cold drinks at the Chicken licken in Booyens When I reached the office I found out it was a wrong order the soulsister order was wrong I got hot wings. I have attached a copy of the Bank slip since the lady two the original customer copy after returning to the store when one of the cold drinks was not there. I understand that the store was busy since its month end but I would be happy if I can get assisted. Here is my phone number ***. I tried calling the store when I got home no one picks up the phone, emailed them I was asked if I tried speaking to the manager. The level of customer service at chicken licken is very poor
