I bought food from Chicken Licken Mafikeng (Molopo) today and it was not nice at all

I bought food from Chicken Licken Mafikeng (Molopo) today and it was not nice at all. The chicken was dry, crunchy and cold. It looked like it stood over since this morning. I had no choice but too eat it as I was very hungry and could not go back to return it as my lunch was over. I don't think I will ever buy there again.
