I AM LOST OF WORDS AND VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Today(24/11/2015) i went to Chicken licken (Randburg) to buy lunch, i bought 2 rock my soul 3., to my surprise when i got t the office the chicken was very dry, too crispy and a bit burned. I fully understand its almost month end and its a bit busy as i waited a bit longer for my order but to get such food is unacceptable. I was forced to throw away the food as i honestly couldn't eat it, i tried to call the shop 0n *** so that i can let them know of my dissatisfaction and the phone was forever engaged. <br> i am so hurt and disappointed as i was really craving for it and had to just threw it away.
