HOTWINGS FAR FROM HOT

<p>I have always had unreported issues with this franchise, but because I thought those mistakes could have been innocent and the franchise is on my way to/from work, I kept going back hoping that things will change. But no, today the 24th at around 18:02 I purchased "hot” wings and drove off. I was stunned to find the wings are still white in colour, less to no coating at all and then decided to have a taste because I was hungry. Turns out they aren’t just white, but the "hot” wings that I was craving for are now far from being hot, or warm at the very least. I can’t drive back because I’m now at work. I need an explanation to this, a written apology, a refund or a proper meal!!!</p>
