Horrible service, the worst food I Ever had!

Hi, your company has really become a supplier of junk food, with the emphasis on junk! We have ordered several times from your branch at the Value Mall in Rietfontein Road, Eastrand, Boksburg. Why you have a drive-through is beyond my comprehension as it is an order and park for 40 minutes, every time we go there. Your parking space is filled with cars parked and told to wait for their orders. When you eventually go inside to find out how long to still wait, it looks like your kitchen staff is on slow strike. Chicken is sloooowly packed, one piece at a time. Last night, we ordered a 15 piece bucket. We had to discard most of it, as there is so much salt, eating it actually made the meat taste bitter. On top of that, most of the bucket, is filled with drumsticks. Do we look like a touring band? I think the workers at that branch are trying to damage the business. I think they're succeeding with flying colours. Our family, and, I'm sure, many others will not support you after last night's *******. If you want a sample of last night's food, please call on ***.
