HORRIBLE SERVICE EVERRRRRRRRR!

I had the most horrible experience at chicken licken Riverside mall, serve by a lady called Nonhlanhla. I walked to the counter, right after assisting customers with a huge smile. I didn't get a greeting, firstly.. then I placed my order and asked for a "thigh" piece and any other piece. The lady started raising her voice at me shouting at me. Telling me how I'm not allowed to make that choice. I then mentioned that I once made that request and was never told that. She then went on about how whoever that allowed me to make such a choice spoilt me and got me used to imikhuba emibi "bad habits" she stopped processing my order and left me standing at the counter. She went and stood at the icecream corner leaning on the counter continued shouting at me Asif I did something wrong by choosing a piece. All this time I waited and she went on saying that I am not gonna get those pieces and she will call the manager to explain to me. I did not ask for a manager, I then asked her to come process the order. The was a guy in the kitchen saying that wherever I work we also have rules to be followed. This, to me felt like I'm at a corner ****a shop where customer service is just a luxury. They went on for the whole time until I got my food. I had the worse experience today, I do not think I will ever buy anything from this chicken licken eveeeeeerrrrrr.... I felt like crying when everyone in the store ( except the lady that came forth to give me my order and apologiezed) went on about this whole thing as of I was not in front of them, even those in the kitchen. When I turned around and walked out they had the best time ever ASI could hear the loud laughs from a distance. I AM VEEEEEERRRYYYY DISAPPOINTED AT CHICKEN LICKEN!!!!STAFFIS NOT TRAINED ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. I even lost appetite and gave the food away
