Horrible service at Chicken Licken Birch Acres Mall

I was astonished by the rude behaviour I received when I visited Chicken Licken Birch Acres mall. The lady by the name Patronella I think (because her name badge was upside down) she was incredibly rude, after I asked why did she not mention that the speed point is not working only telling the customers once they at the front of the line after waiting so long in line that they only accept cash. She responded by saying shes actually not on the till and she’s only helping out, I should ask someone else why are the customers not notified.

She continued to roll her eyes and was very unpleasant. This was a horrible horrible experience.
