Horrible service and pathetic attitude

I'm extremely disgusted with the service received from the Northwold branch this evening. I placed an order for chicken and wings at 7:30pm and proceeded to wait for the order. The store wasn't busy, however, I was made to wait until 8:10pm. Numerous people who came after me, came and even left with their orders. At 7:50pm, I decided to ask the staff what was the delay, as people after me came and left. I was completely ignored by the staff, who basically had a don't care attitude. Eventually, at 8:10pm I became agitated and was going to ask for a refund when one of the staff members decided to check on the order, only to find it ready and waiting to go. She gave me the order without an apology or explanation. I took the order, only to find the food extremely cold, the hot wings were not crumbed properly, on opening the box white meat was clearly visible. It was very untidy and distasteful. This was really one of my worst experiences and not worth the money spent. A loyal customer does not deserve this. Utterly disappointed with the pathetic service received and the attitude of staff members. Staff are not doing us a favour, a percentage of what we pay goes towards their salary.
