Horrible service

So today my Wife and I went to Chicken Licken Ga-rankuwa. We placed our order at 18:04 ( fly thru) and we advised that our food will be ready in 5 minutes. We then parked in the front while we waited for our order.

About 10 cars came in, ordered and got their order after us. At 18:34 I decided to go check our order and it was laying there. I asked as to why they didn't bring it and was told we were going to. The food was cold as it has been there for a while .

This is really dissapointing given the fact that it was a quiet evening. Service is extremely poor at this store. There were about 6 to 8 people in the store but none of them was interested in bringing our food. I spoke to the Manager Kgomotso and told her about the poor service at the store.

They don't care about our time and safety at all.

Hopefully this will land in the right hands.
