horrible horrible service

They were close at 9 30 on friday when we asked them y we could not get proper respond we were told that these the chicken is frozen in a very rude manner and when I went to the door and the closing time was 22h00 I.asked to speak to the manager who refused to speak to me and said he is busy cashing up this is the worst.service ever received
