Horrible food and service at Chicken Licken Birch Acres Mall

The chicken Licken at Burch Acres mall sold us dry old chicken. When I asked to speak to the manager Paul, he rudely told me I can't choose pieces even tho I was buying 9 piece bucket. The wings tasted like the oil they were cooked in was old... and they were horrible... definitely not value for money... I will NEVER eat there again... Disgusting food and Horrible service from the manager
