Horrible customer experience 😪

Chicken licken Ga-rankuwa..lWhat an awful experience to order food and have staff that has no sense of urgency,no client service but the loudest mouth .I am beyond disappointed and disgusted by the service I received from your establishment in Ga-rankuwa. I placed an order at 17:32 and believe you me by 18:42 I was told that what I had ordered was not available, this is after I had asked for the third time if my order was ready or not. Poor Douglas tried to assist while the other ladies kept making snide comments because I was in uniform...You seriously need to take your staff to client engagement training and also work on their pace(less chatting and more packing of orders). I eventually had to BEG then for a refund at 19:00
