Horrible chicken pieces

Last night the 07 November 2022 at 18H36 I bought a meal at Chicken Licken ( Braamfontein) called rock my soul (straight) worth R57. 00 and was assisted by the cashier by the name of Thulile and was given or served some really dry and old pieces of chicken which where too crunchy and very hard to chew.I swear the chicken was probably from the previous day or something. Was not told anything and only realized this horrible meal as I got home trying to feast. I didn't even feel like I'm having my old good chicken licken as I know it. I wanted to take the meal back but due to the fact that it's late and can't be walking around at night I had to settle to what was offered to me with my hard earned money. I'm really not happy with the service I received and I don't think I'll ever buy anything from this company.,even if it's a cold drink. My money just went straight to the drain.
