Horrible and shocking service. Filthy restaurant

I was so disappointed with a service provided at Chicken licken. I was served by Slindile who was very rude and was backchatting to me when I complained that the tables are sticky and there is flies all around as well as I was sitting next to a ****roach so I needed someone to come clean the area before our food was ready. The whole staff rudely laugh and was back chatting saying they will not clean it they busy. I called the manager and they said they don’t have one if I want one I must go find one myself. Eventually a guy by the Muzi came and said he is the manager and he apologized and sent someone to clean. The staff continued shouting at the back and talking indirectly about my complaint. The whole staff needs to be fired and new people who needsx jobs and have customer centrecity to be hired
