Horible service

So I went to the chicken licken in Pretoria, Bosman street today around 4pm. Their service is generally not that great, but the food is always on point so I always brace myself for the service but what happens today was out of line. I waited on the queue forever to get service because the cashier was arguing with the kitchen staff and totally ignoring me. This went on until a person who I assume is the owner came to reprimand them. My ororder was No. 42, I had ordered a hotwings meal. I waited for 10 minutes for my food, then when I heard them calling No. 49, I asked the lady who was taking out orders what the delay was and she said she doesn't know. I asked her to ask the kitchen staff where my order was and was I was rudely told that mine isn't the only order, they are busy and I must just wait. I waited another 7 minutes, asked for my order again and was ignored. I asked for a refund, only then I was told to wait they r preparing it. I told the cashier to give me my money back, she asked the manager on duty who was chatting away in the kitchen if she can give my money back and she screamed 'yes'. I left the shop 45mins later hungry and disappointed. u've lost a customer.
