Helpless manager with Rude Cashier

My frnd and I at work at Westville ordered sum chick in lickin at chickin licking Pinetown for delivery at 12:00, the cashier that helped us was as rude as hell and kept saying I can't hear you, I can't hear you, we waited for our order for 2: hrs, we kept phoning the Shop and the were putting us on hold for over 13min. Wen the manager finally came to the phone she gave excuses and excuses. We eventually drove all the way pine town to their store, the female manager that we spoke to, gave us more excuses, and was absolutely helpless, she couldn't help us or sort out our concern as we hadn't received our order that was placed 2 hrs ago. She eventually snapped, and said she couldn't do anything without consulting her boss Sureg. As she will be more in trouble, we then asked her to call her boss, she rep**** he's not picking up the phone, so we must jus wait for him to get back to us. That got me very irritated as she was the manager on duty. Bt she couldn't solve the complaint we had, and still made us go stand in the Que. to re order our order that we had placed 2 hrs ago, I urge all those that knows me to never go there as they will suffer like I did.
