Haven't gotten my refund back

i purchased hot-wings 24 which had cost me R107 in which i used my savings account and swiped for the food 10 seconds later the cashier tells me my card has been declined in which i couldn't understand why. The cashier then swiped for 16 wings which cost me R82 then Immediately got a bank notification that chicken licken took R107 and R82 from my account when I told the cashier that she had charged me a lot of money she immediately told me that her manager said it would be reversed back into my account within 24hrs. I waited more then 24hrs. I went back the next week telling them that i had not gotten my R107 back and was told that there is nothing there can do about it. This is the Chicken Licken at Diepkloof Soweto by the Baragwanath hospital. As hello peter please help me get my money back because its been over 3 weeks now and they refuse to reverse the money they took into my back account .
