Half my chips flew the coop.

Mall@55 branch. Reading all the reviews, it seems like my complaint is similar, and I notice the business does not reply in most cases. There is no quantity control, no public relations training. Chicken Licken must have the worst staff of any fast food, although their product is terrible and I never buy from them, we did find on the first occasion that the large chips were generous and fresh. Today chips half the amount, sulky, surly, staff, who obviously have very little training. Try sending your employees to Pick and Pay for some customer relations training, they seem to get it right. I will cook my own fried chicken from now on, won't waste money on your greasy offerings. But I doubt you care.....
