Had to Get our Own delivery ORder

We ordered a delivery for R182 at 12.15 on Frid. At 2:15 after numerous unanswered calls to the store we had to go fetch the food.<br> <br> We get there and the manageress attitude was so bad it was scandalous. SHE PROCEEDED TO INSIST THAT SHE TOLD ME THE ORDER WOULD TAKE 2 HOURS. It seemed to escape her that NOBODY would have agreed to this to start with!<br> <br> There were other people who also had to come collect their orders. Training is needed because the line was going out the store and yet they were still taking delivery orders at 12.15<br> <br>
