Great resolution

I drove a couple of km's to twin city chicken licken to buy 6 pieces of chicken there, when I got home, I was mad to find that there were only 4 pieces, when I complained, the manager at this store resolved my query so quickly and even gave me a good extra 6 pieces of my favourite chicken... Big ups
