Great Apology from a Great Man

After I complained about a bad service received at Chicken Licken Groblersdaal I was called by the Manager Mr William Shongwe who apologized profusely and in our conversation i could hear how much this man appreciates customers. I have never heard such a sincere apology and because their store is far from where I live, he sent me money from his own pocket to replace the money that we spent to purchase the food. This is a great man and very deserving to own his own franchise. Besides the money he sent me, the apology was just too amazing, he told me how he values me as a customer even though i only passed their store ones.
