greasy packet

I bought sick wings and when i was given my order it was in a greasy paper pocket.i asked the lady for a plastic packet nd she said 6wings does not come with a plastic pocket.my problem was that the packeging was greasy because of the oil from the inside and i could not carry it like that.The branch supervisor said it was head office rule.can chicken licken head office rethink this rule.
