Get better staff or train them

Chicken licken bara city I must say I've been very patient with this specific franchise but today I reached my boiling point, first of all how can the speedpoint not work at the end of the month? And the attitude of the cashiers would make one feel inferior, they were rude and unapologetic even when people kept complaining they would just say "next". Seems like orders were working by "connections" coz most people who were behind me got their orders before me and that caused frustration to a lot of. We asked to talk to the manager repeatedly but nothing was done. Basically the service was terrible!
