Garankuwa chicken licken worst night mare service

Went to Ga-rankuwa chicken licken to buy 5 pice for dinner yesterday, I requested that I do not want the fillet peace as no one likes it at my house,they refused ,saying the pices come like that,I told them when I buy in Pretoria north I don't get such treatment, they give me what I want without arguing .they then locked the drive through window on me ,I ended up taking the pices I dnt want ,worse part when I got home ,one piece was missing. Traumatic experience they gave me ,we had to argue infront of my son.i am not happy with their service.
