Full amount paid for half a meal

I ordered 2x Feed My Craving meals with 2x soul fire sachets, and only received 1x meal without any sachets. My courier called the Call Center while I was with him, and the person on the other side of the call said the rest of the meal would be sent if I paid. I paid full price (R83,40) for half a meal. It's been an hour since I lodged my first complaint on the app, and I haven't received any response as to whether I will be reimbursed or if the food is on the way. The app says my order was cancelled and I shouldn't have paid.
