Frustrated customer

I bought chicken licken soul square meal via Uber eats app...the location on my app was wrong so I communicated that with the driver Andrew William who told me that his cancelling my order and I must communicate with Chicken licken Protea Glen....so now they took my money and I didn't receive my order.I'm so disappointed, don't know what to do cause I'm not getting the help that I need nje cause the number for Chicken licken Protea is not working!!!!
