********** TRANSACTIONS

i woke up this morning to transactions processed on my bank account on the 16th April 2021 Time Stamped 00h00.

However I knew that I did do purchases on my card in March 2021 I reviewed the transactions abd found that the transactions that I was alerted to was duplicated from tge March transactions.

I reported my findings of the transactions immediately to Chicken Licken Wilgeheuwel and spoke to a very helpful gentleman Thulani who took my number to call me back.

After speaking to the owner regarding this he called me back and informed me that the owner of the store will be taking this matter up with his bank to investigate the transaction.

Thulani did mention to me in the original call that I am the 2nd customer this morning to report this to them.

This is a concern to me as I immediately then came to the conclusions that the batch for card transactions in March was re-submitted to the banks for processing.

This to me is ***** and I feel that consumers must be made aware of this.

I must however stress that the rating I rated Chicken Licken is not due to the assistance Thulani provided.

If I could I will rate Thulani a 10 star for his kindness, understanding and feedback.
