foreign object in hot wings

My family and I absolutely love chicken licken and today as usual I bought some hot wings for myself and other meal specials for my brothers. I was passing by benoni and bought for the first time at your glynwood branch. First thing i noticed that some of the wings were really small. Really these cannot be sold to customers they are truly ****************. I usually buy at eastgate branch and the wings are far bigger than this, even though they are small, these were really just a rip-off. Then the highlight of my purchase was whilst biting into a wing i found a small piece of white tile in the batter of the wing. I immediately stopped eating as this put me off completely. This is completely disgusting and not to mention unhygenic. I understand accidents happen, but really, a tile in my food. Makes me question the level of hygiene at your kitchen. I immediately called your headoffice to complain. My details were taken down as Jackie was not at her desk. I am still waiting for jackie's call. I cannot believe that i have had such a disgusting experience from a reputable company as such. how can i or anyone trust the hygiene of your products after this. Absolutely shocking.
