FOOD NOT UP TO STANDARD

I bought 24 hot wings from a lady by the name of Lydia and when I opened the box I found stale and dry wings. I called the shop as I am a regular and I told them my complaint. I was told to bring the wings in exchange for a fresh order, I explained that I had eaten some of the wings but the manager assured me that would not be a problem.<br> When I got to the shop I met with a lady by the name of Helen. I won't even mention her attitude as I was just there to make them aware of their mistake. I was offered 12 wings instead of the 24 that I was promised. I declined this offer as I felt short changed. I was not looking to score free wings. What I wanted was to get my money's worth. I hope this issue gets sorted out as I requested the owner's number but I was told that is not their policy and he is in Welkom. I am disappointed.
