Food not fresh

Yesterday I visited the Chicken Licken at Denlyn Mamelodi Mall. I bought 2 chicky Licken meals (R80.00) for my daughter and son and a Snack burger and chips for myself worth R25.00. However, when I got home the buns were not fresh and it was crumbling all over the place.

Time ordered plus minus was at 09:20 and 09:45, because I first went to Shoprite to withdraw money at the till (Time: 09:15:16) then went to King Pie then went to Chicken licken for kiddies meals for my children.

I am very dissatisfied with the freshness of the food and due to the Covid 19 I do not wish to travel to a store a million times as I am a expecting mother.

Also I did not take my receipt when they gave me my order.

I would like this to be noted as I was not asking for food but paid for it.
