food not cooked correctly

I went to Chicken licken today( 13/04/2016) and when I got back to have my lunch the chicken was not cooked through correctly, I couldn't eat the food I just bought. the bones were still ****** and that forced me to throw away the chicken. This is the 3rd time i've experienced it and i cant keep quite anymore, its my money i am throwing away. Perhaps i should start opting for alternatives.
