Food is too salty and has a heavy taste of old oil

we were extremely hungry on saturday afternoon and bought a meal at chicken licken (the R89 meal with four sliders, chicken wings chips and shakers). the shakers were extremely salty, the wings had a heavy taste of old oil, both of which totally ruined the meal.<br> <br> the service was excellent. <br> <br> it is important for all branches of chicken licken to stick to the same standards to avoid disappointing clients. we are buying a brand and have certain pre-set expectations of the quality and taste we will receive. when branches deviate from these standards it creates a poor impression of the brand as a whole, especially when customers are new to the brand.<br> <br> kindly address this deviation from the high standard that we are used to.<br> <br> thank you
