Food complaint

I placed an order telephonically for collection. When I got to collect my order after 10 minutes as told by the guy l spoke to , it was not even ready. l then spoke to one of the front ladies who even gave me attitude , l then asked to speak to the manager who didnt even gave me a chance to explain to him my complaint . He just ran to the kitchen and brought me a take away and he just gave me. l was shocked because he never asked me what l order. l just decided to leave because no one could handle my complaint. upon opening the meal a dried burger and wings no servittes no sauces .
