Filthy anti social behaviour.

<p>As I have mentioned before, litter is filthy and unhygenic. I causes damage to our enviroment and plastic bags end up in storm drains, blocking them and causing flash floods. The results in the death of minors. I have asked the Chicken Licken manager in Sloane St to try to help with this problem but he maitains that it is not his problem. The fact is, it is everone's problem. The fact that CL has this attitude is socially irresponsible. How many times do I have to ak? Every day on Sloane st and William Nicol there are dicarded bags of Cheickn Licken bringing decay to our neighnourhood. Id you don't want to help or you think I am being unresonable please say so.</p>
