Festival mall chicken licken

Poor service and the meat had something on it n the meat was not well cooked n these has happened to me several times I even changed where I used to buy but now at festival mall they doing the same **** n their staff is very rude more especially their manager or supervisor the African guy m so ****ed right now I couldn’t get their names cuz they didn’t have any name badges on
