FED UP !

I purchase a popcorn chicken pita snack at 12:11 today and waited my whole lunch for the order. People who bought after me got their orders before mine. I sent an e-mail directly to head office after i requested for my receipt and left the order at the store. To my surprise, the response i got was depressing!!!! Instead of bettering their service they come up with excuses. What happened to the customer always being right. <br> <br> Anyway hope someone higher attends to this as i am tired of the usual people contacting me with excuses and they call just because THEY MUST ATTEND TO COMPLAINTS.
