feathers not plucked on my chicken

I had the worst chicken licken today from uber eats NEW GATE chicken Licken order number E175E. I orderd wings to cure my hangover but was so disapointed when the wings literally have feathers not plucked properly. Si i had to pluck out the cooked feathers on my chicken... What a wow.
