Fantastic service

Dear Sir / Madam<br> <br> I am writing this letter as a humble note of appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by your employee Ms Zikho Tofile. I often drive pass the outlet before going home to get my meal. what I have experienced with the other outlet is that when is almost closing time, they don't serve us however last week Tuesday, I was a bit late almost closing time and Tofile assisted me, politely and in the professional manner. you could see that she really cares about her job and customers. I received an excellent service and indeed I will always come by. <br> <br> finding somebody so passionate for customer services these days is very rare.
