False info and bad attitude

Went to into the branch to order food to be delivered at my work place cause I was still busy in town. The tiller responded and told me they do not take deliveries orders at the till I have to call. I mean so I have to call chicken licken to order while am next to the branch? Secondly its full of boys chatting to girls next to the till and ridculously shouting orders out in a chaotic manner. Uniform not correctly worn and no one acting like they at work. Come on, if I have to lose the great taste of your chicken because of such, I do not mind.
